Last weekend, Food Champs had the pleasure of catering a stunning wedding at the historic Usk Castle in Wales. With breathtaking views, medieval ruins, and a romantic atmosphere, Usk Castle is truly one of the most magical outdoor wedding venues in the UK. We served a delicious BBQ for around 90 guests, including a mouth-watering option for vegetarians.
