For this elegant countryside gathering, our team curated a fine dining outdoors experience for 20 guests, complete with eight bespoke canapés and a live BBQ finale.
Our chefs prepared everything onsite with a fully equipped mobile kitchen, showcasing gourmet flavours like smoked salmon and dill crème, seared beef carpaccio on polenta bites, and sizzling skewers grilled to perfection.
