In catering settings, especially for private events like weddings, charcoal BBQs are not commonly used due to strict health and safety considerations.

For example, charcoal BBQs cannot be used in certain circumstances:

  • If they are placed under any kind of cover or tent, due to the fire and ventilation risks.

  • The BBQ area must also be cordoned off from guests, which can be tricky at weddings or social events.

  • It must be positioned on flat, non-flammable ground, far from tents, structures, and trees.

No, not at all. We appreciate if you choose earlier, but you can tell us your final menu choices up until 7 days before your event.

No, you do not. But except for weddings and large-scale events, we need access to the kitchen area about 1.5 hours before your preferred start time.

In case of weddings and large-scale events, this preparation time is longer.

Depending on the number of guests and type of catering, it can take anywhere from 3 to 6 hours. We are happy to accommodate your schedule. Times vary depending on the complexity of the menu and your preferences.

Do not worry, our professional chefs and waiting staff are there to ensure a smooth service and your maximum pleasure. The Chef would be happy to discuss any questions with you before or after your service.

The sooner the better as we cannot hold dates. It is not enough to ask us to pencil you in the calendar, every booking is valid only after payment. We might make exceptions for a few days till you have the chance to check it again with your guests, but please remember, in case of high interest, payment will secure a date and allow us to proceed with the booking.

Up until 1 week before the event, you can.

If there is a last minute downgrade in the numbers, we will make the paid portions and you can share it at the event.

Please read our full T&Cs to be well informed.

We accept payments solely by bank transfer. Once you have confirmed the booking details, we send you the bank details to secure the date. Every event has to be fully paid upfront. Where there are over 20 guests, you can pay a deposit to make the booking and then pay the outstanding balance 4 weeks before the event.

Once you secure the date by making the payment (of the deposit or full amount), you accept out T&Cs that we normally send you in our first email.

Cash, check, card, phone or Paypal payments are not accepted.

This has never happened.

Please see our complete T&Cs for being well informed about the acceptable manners of a cancellation. We normally offer the possibility to reschedule your event, subject to availability.
