Stanford Farm Wedding Venue is opening its doors once again, and we are delighted to be joining the team for their upcoming Wedding Open Day on Sunday 22 November 2026.

Food Champs Wedding & Event Catering has been invited to join a carefully selected group of recommended caterers at the event, giving couples the opportunity to meet us, discover more about our catering and, most importantly, taste some of the food we could create for their wedding.
Stanford Farm Wedding Venue: A Very Different Kind of Wedding
Stanford Farm Wedding Venue is set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside near Shrewsbury and offers something rather different from a traditional wedding venue. It is a family-run, exclusive-use venue with a relaxed approach, three-day wedding celebrations and a choice of distinctive ceremony and reception spaces.
The venue includes everything from the beautifully restored Stables and outdoor Lakeside ceremony area to woodland spaces, the Cow House, Courtyard, Bull Bar and Oval Green. Couples can also make use of on-site accommodation, giving them and their guests the opportunity to turn the wedding into a proper celebration rather than simply a single day. Wedding Open Day: A Chance to See the Venue in Action
The Stanford Farm Wedding Open Day takes place on Sunday 22 November 2026, with the day divided into two sessions.
11:00am–1:00pm is an exclusive VIP session for couples who have already booked their wedding at Stanford Farm.
1:00pm–4:00pm is open to the public and prospective couples who are considering Stanford Farm for their wedding.
The event will also include a complimentary wine tasting, live entertainment and the opportunity to meet members of the Stanford Farm team and their recommended suppliers.
For couples who are still deciding on their venue, this is particularly useful. Looking at photographs online can tell you a lot, but walking around a wedding venue, talking to the people who run it and seeing how the spaces work together gives you a very different feel for the place.
